Voidborne

Voidborne is a top-down space shooter which gives you control of a battle cruiser. Take the upper hand on the battlefield with a variety of weapon systems, tactical warheads and countermeasures.

Development

The game is still in pre-production. It means that many features may still be changed. Many assets are also missing, like animations, HUD elements, music, and sound effects.

Controls

As for now, Voidborne is exclusively playable with a mouse & keyboard. It also means that the game will probably only be available on PC.

The player's ship is controlled with the keyboard, and aiming/shooting is performed with the mouse.

Next Milestone

Our goal is to create a playable level current 2023 to get feedback on the gameplay. The next step will be... well... crossing the line between pre-production and production! It means writing a little scenario, adding some essential lore elements, more ships to fight, exciting levels to play in, and so on...
